Our boat, Southern Lady, has a new fiberglass hardtop that replaced the green canvas bimini you see in the picture below.  It was an interesting process. We thought you might enjoy seeing how it happened and the final result.

Rick is taking the boat 10 miles down the harbor to a marina for hard top installation.  This was an unusually cold December day in FL and with the helm station completely open and the 20-25 knot winds, it was a rough trip.  Notice the new "windows" on the aft deck.  The helm station will have the same enclosures once the hard top is installed.

Almost on and already you can see what a difference it makes in the boat.  The old gal has a new look!
