The boat is stored in briny water. You can see a part of the Trim Tab hanging below the hull. The orange arrow shows where a portion of the trim tab was lost as a result of the fastener failure. |

Here is another view of the same problem. This caused the boat to not reach cruising speed and to track poorly. An emergency repair was required to correct the problem. |
